Welcome to the forum. We should have no further need to exchange email except to distribute code. For the time being, for expediancy's sake, this forum is set for immediate open enrollment with no restrictions. When everyone has registered, I will close enrollment. Create new threads whenever a discussion leads to a unique project concern. If new boards or categories of boards are required, I'd prefer to create them. If a thread subject has exhausted, please don't close the thread; I don't want to unneccessarily create new threads because someone had a late thought on an existing subject. Note that this forum has both a poll and calendar feature. I believe you need registered to utilise these features. As their are only four of us, the polls are probably unnecessary. Someone (not me) should volunteer to be in charge of posting pivots/benchmarks/deadlines on the calendar. Also note that this forum has a Private-Message feature. If someone volunteers to be scheduler, we can send them PM's without cluttering the forum. Likewise with detail communication between other role-members that is not of general concern. ~^~ I can post any graphics or project resources on my website if you email them to me, and links to any code, modules, or resources can be placed in threads like the 'Project Status' threads. I may also create an index of module pages much like the one found at www.ereiam.com/testing/~..~ As you can see, I've pretty much pre-adopted a round-table premise for the project in the design of this forum.

We should all bookmark this forum page. Thanks for having this set up.
I agree with Kristal and think we should get started on this as soon as possible. Many of us are extremely busy, so it'll save us the time and stress to start soon and work on it in small chunks.
Plus we don't want to get stuck with unforeseen hiccups along the way if we wait to the last minute..

On the chess program server resources page www.ereiam.com/testing/chess/index.htm I have added download pages for all the modules. I do this because rendering them as text on the browser or downloading them preserves the original white-space formatting which the forum does not. I won’t be updating the server downloads except when I also update production server content (not nearly as often as I update my home server or the forum). You will therefore still need to check with the forum, make sure it’s unlocked, and mark a posted file as locked (in the appropriate thread) before downloading with intent to edit. Notify me on the forum, and I will post the most recent versions on the server if you need. If you revise any pages, post your revision on the forum then email it to me at which point I will test it on my home server and either return it with environment/error mark-ups or post it on the production server. I have noticed that the forum doesn’t display revisions of existing comments as new activity, so be sure to check any page in question on the forum thread. While I have indicated ‘locked’ on the files I have adopted for coherence and architectural design purposes, I have indeed been lax on notifying to lock on other files, instead merely checking to see that no one else has modified a file before posting an update. Eventually such a policy should result in two of us having to reconcile our edits unless we keep entirely different hours. Note that much like Ken’s file.phps technique, all the download files begin with x and the file ending with .php now ends with .phpx for download purposes.
